This service is available for meetings (Board or General meetings) that are hosted virtually.  If scheduling permits, a member of our skilled team will join your meeting.  Otherwise you can share the video recording with us. If your meeting has passed and you are struggling to find time to type up the minutes, simply share the video recording with us and we will whip them up for you.

Cost

$99.99 for meetings up to 2 hours. If your meeting goes longer, there will be an additional cost of $50.00 per hour. We will email you an invoice upon completion of the minutes.  Payment options include: Cheque, Direct Deposit or etransfer (other options available upon request).
