Since 2011 we have specialized in providing a professional Condominium Document Review service to hundreds of Condominium buyers. Purchasing a Condominium is very different than purchasing a single dwelling home or acreage. Buyers typically ponder, "Should I buy this Condo? Is it the right fit for me? Is there anything that could potentially affect me?" Having the facts (good and bad) helps buyers understand what they are buying and gives them the tools to confidently make a fully-informed purchasing decision.
Our Education classes are information-packed and tailored specifically to the target audience.
The Realtors Course is designed specifically with Realtors busy schedules in mind. The course is a manageable 4 hours in length and can be broken into 2 parts. Using a convenient on-line platform, Realtors can take the class when and where it works for them.
The course for Condo Boards, Managers and Administrators is a full-spectrum annual course, broken down into monthly classes. Each class is approximately 2 hours and focuses on a specific subject. 100% of the 2019 attendees surveyed said the course met or far exceeded their expectations, the course covered all classes they desired and they would be recommending the course to others.
Using our knowledge, experience and skills, we have created a Virtual Meeting service for Condominium Corporations to host their AGM's, EGM's, Townhall meetings and more. This service has flexible options and is compliant with Alberta's Legislation and Corporation Bylaws.
