Getting the condo review documents is NOT a step that anyone should EVER miss. Its JUST as important as the legal representation needed to expedite your purchase properly.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

There was no motion on the books about a cash call and no formal receipt from the previous owner. I asked for both and got both. If I hadn't there was a chance that I could have been held responsible for the cash call.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
